Setup Email on Outlook

New devices and updates are launched all the time but the links below from Microsoft are updated all the time to help you set up four 365 account on your device.

NKIT recommend you use the Outlook app on all mobile devices, the built in mail apps are not compliant for CyberEssentials certification:

• Set up 365 email account on outlook
• Download outlook for ios or Android
• Set Up 365 on Outlook for iOS (recommended)
• Install 365 desktop apps on mac or pc
• Set up 365 on a mobile device or tablet

• Download Office Desktop Apps - sign in and click 'install and more' button top right

The easiest way to access mail is via the web app click here: 365 webmail and sign in with your credentials

Make sure you don't click save credentials if you are using a shared computer

OneDrive

For sites or users with their own standard license, its best to use OneDrive on the pc/mac. to avoid permissions issues, avoid having more than one OneDrive account per pc

  For managers with a basic 365 license, you can only use the online editors for excel/ word etc.  access

• View OneDrive Online
  Make sure you don't click save credentials if you are using a shared computer
